Frankie is behind the scenes at Mindful Moments. She's usually working on the website to keep it up to date, helping with booking and messaging, advertising, writing blogs, and other projects. Frankie has her hands full with three girls and working at a school. She loves reading, writing, gaming, hiking, exercising, adventure and food!
